Deliveries

We only ship to the UK mainland, we do not ship outside of the UK. Orders are shipped by Royal Mail Signed For service:

• Royal Mail - Tracked 24hr: £4.45

• Royal Mail - Tracked 48hr: £3.35

Delivery to remote destinations such as the Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands may require a delivery surcharge to be paid - we will contact you with details once we have received your order if such charges may apply.

We accept returns within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Products can only be returned as new, with tags & packaging intact. Please email info@supbuddies.com to arrange your return.

We recommend using a recorded postal service for your returns as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or go missing whilst in transit. Sup Buddies Ltd does not provide a delivery service for returns, but will provide free delivery for all exchange items shipped back to the customer.
